Tonight, Friday, Practice will be done for all swimmers at 7pm. Please be sure to pick up your swimmer at this earlier time. Have a great break!

There will be no swim training next week. Enjoy your break and we look forward to seeing you back to training on Monday 22 March.
Thank you to those families who returned their Swim-A-Thon envelopes on Monday!!! Your efforts are appreciated and our team thanks you!
If you had not yet returned your Swim-A-Thon envelope please deposit it in the large black box in the observation room at the pool immediately. ALL envelopes must be returned. USA Swimming charges our team $1 for each envelope not returned. That cost will be charged to swimmers who do not return their envelope.

Please check the back of your Blue Lancers Sweatshirts. Coach Kim has lost hers, that says “I’ve Had Some of my Best Times with Coach Kim” on the back. I’m hoping someone accidently has it at home in their closet.

Families, will you please check at home for an extra boys blue swim suit w/ the Lancers Logo? We have a family missing theirs. They believe they left it in the locker room a few weeks ago.

Gold will have an 1 1/2 hour practice as usual tonight, but with no dryland. We’ll have a fun practice, since D IIs are over and for Coach Kim’s bday. Hope to see you there!

A last minute, updated Entry Report has been posted for this weekend. Please check for any changes. Warmups are at different times on Sat. and Sun., please make note of this. Also, please note that FTLL is responsible for timers on Sat. and Sunday mornings for specific lanes. See Link from home page regarding timing assignments. Coaches hate to have to hunt down volunteers for this, so please volunteer.
